Product Description
ASD series AC servo system is the newest type that developed on our own. This system adopts DSP CMOS chip as the control nucleus and uses ASIC chip from IR company as the chief arithmetic element. IPM_the most advanced intelligent power module is applied on our motor drive part, which has the advantage of high integration level, small volume, fast response speed, perfect protecting function, highly reliable. It applies to numerical control machine, textile machine, printing machine, packaging machine, carving machine and other automation control area in industry.
1. With coder inside, the position signal feedback to servo drive, and formed a semi-closed-loop control system with position controller
2. Advanced calculating method, which realized torsion, speed, position's accurate numeric control
3. Timing proportion 1: 5000, it has stable torsion feature from low to high speed
4. AC servo motor's speed can reach 5000rpm, rotation positioning accuracy can be 1/10000r
5. AC servo system's working mode, running feature can be mended through changing the parameters to meet different needs
6. Improved space vector control calculating method provided larger moment and lower noise compared with normal SPWM
7. Up to 3 times over-load ability
8. Perfect protection function for overcurrent, superheating, overload, overpressure, undervoltage, position fault, coder problem
9. Monitor can display motor speed, motor current, position different, command pulse frequency
